I understand that if requested, subject to reasonable notice, I must give access to Homes Plus officers to conduct inspections/visits/repairs during the notice period. 
I understand that I am liable for all rent and service charges until the end of the tenancy, even if I hand my keys back early. 
I understand that if I require more time to move or clear the property, I must contact Homes Plus and obtain prior agreement and I will be required to pay rent liability in advance.
I understand that it is my responsibility to clear the property (including sheds and storage) of any items and rubbish and to return the property in a clean condition.
If I do not do this, I understand that I will be recharged for the full cost of clearance and cleaning of the property.
