Consumer standards

The UK government has introduced new consumer standards for all social housing providers. The aim of these standards is to make sure that you have a safe home to live in, your feedback is listened to and acted on and that you are treated with fairness and respect.

These standards match our commitment to put you at the heart of Homes Plus and use your feedback to make sure our services are meaningful and effective.

We will:

  • make sure our homes are safe
  • listen to customers’ complaints and respond promptly to put things right
  • be accountable to customers and treat them with fairness and respect
  • know more about the condition of all our homes and the needs of the people who live in them
  • collect and use data effectively across a range of areas, including repairs

We’ll also keep you updated on our progress.
