Customer Partnership Panel (CPP)
Our Customer Partnership Panel make sure that your views remain at the heart of everything we do.
The group of involved customers help us to improve and deliver better services across Staffordshire and Shropshire.
How can you get involved?
Becoming a CPP member is a fantastic opportunity to gain a further understanding of how our business works, help make our services better for customers, build friendships with other panel members and boost your confidence.
You don’t need any previous experience to get involved. We’ll provide all the training and support you need to help improve the customer experience.

As a member of the panel, you get to:
- Meet and build relationships with our Boards and different areas of the business.
- Test new systems to help improve the experience for our customers, such as our new chatbot Chatticus.
- Work closely with our Complaints and Feedback team to ensure that the process is effective and customer friendly.
- Work with us to help develop our Annual Report.
- Review our policies and communications. You’ll know if a document has been reviewed by the CPP as it will feature our ‘Customer approved’ stamp!
- Have the opportunity to join the Customer Experience Committee, where you will review our complaints performance as well as our learning from these complaints, our TSM results and our performance quarterly.
