Virtual Customer Panel (VCP)
Our Virtual Customer Panel (VCP) is an easier and quicker way of giving your thoughts and feedback through online questionnaires and surveys.
You will be asked questions about different areas of the business and social housing to get your honest thoughts, feelings and feedback about what we do and how we can make things better for our customers.
Since being relaunched last year, our VCP members have taken part in three surveys so far. Through these surveys they have provided us with valuable feedback on how we can better promote our Community Hubs, their knowledge of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and what they thought of our last annual report.
