This year’s annual report focuses on how well we delivered our services, the money we spent repairing and maintaining homes and, importantly, the steps we took to improve your experience.
In a year when our involved customers had an even stronger voice, they once again shared their views to help us to prepare this report. They said to keep the report short and simple as well as telling us which results mattered the most to you, our customers.
