This week is National Scrutiny Week where housing associations from across the country have been celebrating their involved customers and their contribution to improving the services that matter to customers.
To mark the week, we are recognising the fantastic work of our Customer Partnership Panel (CPP). Previously known as the Scrutiny Panel, our group of involved customers recently changed name to reflect how the group works in partnership with our colleagues to ensure we deliver excellent services.
The group was most recently involved in creating our Annual Report for 2022-23, which can be found by clicking this link. There you can watch the My Voice video which tells you all about the importance of the CPP and the customer voice.
We are always looking at more ways that we can involve our customers in our decision-making process. As part of National Scrutiny Week, our Customer Engagement Officer Emily Jukes, attended the National Tenant Scrutiny Conference, where she heard all about how housing associations can turn up the volume on customer voice.
Emily said: “National Scrutiny Week is a chance for us to celebrate the impact of our Customer Partnership Panel and learn about how other organisations work in partnership with their tenants too.
“At the National Tenant Scrutiny Conference, it was great to learn about how other housing associations have created a dedicated Youth Panel, which is something we would love to have here at Homes Plus to make sure customers of all ages have their voices heard.
“At Homes Plus, the Customer Partnership Panel are at the forefront of the organisation and we want to involve as many customers as possible.”
