This newsletter is a special issue focusing on the results of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and how we are improving our services as a result of your feedback.
You can see all the results from the survey in our TSMs spotlight on pages 7 – 9 and just some of the ways we have already improved our services on page 10.
It also features a brilliant story about one of our plasterers who used his first aid skills to save a choking baby while out working in one of our homes.
We also hear about a choir that has been set up by residents in one of our retirement living schemes and a round-up of the grass roots organisations, in Staffordshire and Shropshire, that we have helped support through our Homes Plus My Community Fund.
